Rachel Randolph

Rachel brings over 10 years of expertise and experience in clinical care education and practice change management to our team. With a passion for equitable healthcare through accurate diagnostics, Rachel plays a key role in supporting our customers in eliminating sepsis misdiagnosis by reducing blood culture contamination rates and optimizing patient care.

She has worked as a Registered Nurse on a Surgical/Trauma Stepdown Unit before transitioning to the Emergency Department as an ED Trauma Nurse. After leaving bedside care, Rachel joined Magnolia Medical and is responsible for managing and developing the national clinical team and strategizing interdepartmentally to streamline processes and efficiencies. Her innovative approach and dedication to quality patient care have contributed to our customers’ success.

Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree from Malone University where she developed her skills as a Registered Nurse and went on to obtain her master’s degree as a Nurse Executive from Chamberlain University.
