Marijke Bon Curtis

Marijke has over 15 years of experience managing diverse teams of engineers, scientists, and support staff in both technical and non-technical fields. Having worked in both aerospace and medical technology, she has developed a deep understanding of regulatory considerations, financial constraints, and market demands that shape and drive complex projects through to successful execution.

Marijke’s leadership style is collaborative and results-driven, inspiring teams to strive for excellence and never settle for ‘good enough’.  She prioritizes clear communication, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement in every aspect of her work. At Magnolia Medical, this approach has served her well as she leads teams through development and launch of new medical devices that improve patient outcomes and revolutionize clinician practices.

Marijke has a philosophy and biochemistry degree from the University of British Columbia, a coaching certificate from Antioch University, and has her Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
