Jason Richey

Jason serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of Magnolia Medical’s Board of Directors. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry to the company.

Most recently, Jason was President and CEO of Cytrellis Biosystems, a Boston-based medical device company pioneering breakthrough skin rejuvenation technology in collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Prior to Cytrellis, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Cutera, Inc., a publicly traded aesthetic device company based in Northern California. Earlier in his career, he held dual executive roles at LivaNova PLC, a global medical device company focused on cardiac surgery and neuromodulation. At LivaNova, he served as President of the global Neuromodulation business and President of North America.

Jason has a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams, driving scalable and sustainable growth, and maintaining a disciplined focus on operational excellence and long-term value creation.
