Jason Richey
President & Chief Executive Officer
Jason serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He is a seasoned medical technology executive with three decades of experience leading growth, transformation, and value creation across the medical device industry. Since joining Magnolia in July 2025, Jason has led the organization with a focus on commercial execution, operational discipline, financial performance, and sustainable growth.
Prior to Magnolia, Jason served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cytrellis Biosystems and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cutera, Inc. He also held executive leadership roles at LivaNova PLC, including President of the global Neuromodulation franchise and President of North America.
Throughout his career, Jason has been recognized for building high-performing teams, scaling commercial organizations, driving profitable growth, and delivering meaningful shareholder value.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Indiana University.
