Dean Shute

Dean has 10 years of experience in medical device design and process engineering. Prior to joining Magnolia Medical, Dean worked at W.L. Gore & Associates developing new aortic stent grafts and at Siemens Healthineers designing next generation, single use catheters.

Dean joined Magnolia Medical in December 2020 as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and a critical member of the Operations team. During his tenure, Dean has been integral to the manufacturing and development of Steripath® and Steripath® Micro. Most recently, Dean led interdisciplinary teams to drive complex manufacturing projects to completion.

In his current role, Dean will be responsible for scaling our manufacturing capabilities to support our expanding customer base in achieving their Mission to ZERO®.
