Carolyn Derubertis

Carolyn Derubertis is a Seattle native and accomplished Human Resources executive with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Occidental College and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven. She also holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.  

Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations to build strong workplace cultures, develop high-performing teams, and lead strategic people initiatives that support organizational goals. Her expertise includes talent management, employee relations, organizational development, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and change management. 

Known for her collaborative leadership style and dedication to fostering inclusive and engaging workplaces, Carolyn is a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike. She is passionate about developing talent, strengthening organizational culture, and helping teams thrive in support of exceptional patient care and organizational success. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Carolyn enjoys cooking, reading, spending time outdoors, and attending live music events. She is also passionate about volunteering in animal rescue and has adopted many foster pets of her own.
