Why did you choose nursing as a career?

I chose nursing as a career because I am fascinated by learning pathophysiology and treatment of diseases, I love helping people, and I love how many different opportunities there are in the field!

What do you like most about being in the ED?

My favorite thing about working in the Emergency department is that it is such a rapid pace and you are always learning something new. 

How has COVID-19 impacted your day to day responsibilities as a clinician? 

COVID has had a significant impact on everything we do. Every project and program we have takes a little bit of extra thought, work and resources.
